The 3 young hawks were posing in the trees. The sunlight came out and I loved the way it hit the feathers.

After work Janice and I watched the young red-tailed hawks play. They flew from tree to tree and then one landed on the top of the health building roof. He was having a wonderful time throwing the rock and then chasing it.

this young red tailed hawk was flying everywhere and every flight was scary. They live in the middle of condos, business building, cars - many lanes of traffice, shopping malls and more. It takes my breath away when I see them go.

During my lunch hour yesterday I had one of the young hawks playing on the ground with an acorn. He jumped, fell, lost the acorn and then started all over again.
