The Red-tailed Hawk family has succeed in having two eyas. Very hard to see them but I can hear them and see them flapping around high in the nest.

Male brings in the food May 9 2010
I was joined at the nest today by a John from Richmond Hill. It was bitterly cold and even saw snow come down.
Very slow to start the day with little activity on the nest (we are sure it was because it was so cold) but finally the female sat up and fed the eyas. shortly after i saw a kestrel fly by the area. Minutes later we spotted the male flying around the apartments. He soared by us very high and disappeared to the south. Five minutes later he returned with food in his talon - some type of bird. After dropping off the food he sat in the nest for maybe 2 minutes then soared in the air and gave both John and I a terrific air show.
