The Red-tailed Hawk family has succeed in having two eyas. Very hard to see them but I can hear them and see them flapping around high in the nest.

Eyas on the nest today - some close up shots June 14, 2010

I am so lucky to have experience the red tail nest over the last two years. With each day I know that I will see them less and less so each photo brings wonderful memories. I hope you enjoy them as well. Today Janice and I enjoyed the antics, flying, branching and yes the crying for their mom to bring more food.

the wingspan is so large on these young birds.

the middle eyas loves to hide in the branches and only once in a while he pops his head out
